Path of Hope



An inspiring 5K walk, run, and family-fun event, Path of Hope raises funds and awareness to support the brain tumor community, celebrates survivorship, and honors those whom we remember.  The event draws more than 1800 total participants and supporters for a wonderful day of community, support, and hope.  Thank you for joining us on the Path of Hope!

Event Details

  • Where:  Olde Mistick Village, 27 Coogan Boulevard, Mystic, Connecticut
  • When:  Sunday, October 1, 2017.

    Schedule of Events 

    • Event-day Registration and check-in 8:30 to 9:30 A.M.
      • New this year:  Check-in is for team captains, individual walkers not on a team, and all runners only.
    • Opening Ceremonies 8:45 A.M to 9:30 A.M.

    • Walk and Race
      • Runners -- 5K for the Cure Race begins at 9:45 A.M.
      • 5K Walkers -- 5K for the Cure begins immediately after runners; walkers must yield right of way to runners.
      • Up to 1 Mile Walkers -- Gray Matters Mile begin at 10:00 A.M.
    • Celebration with entertainment and refreshments to follow.

Runners -- Download the Fast Track App for iPhone and get your race results on your phone!   Have an Android or other cellphone?  Find your results on the Fast Track Timing website.   Race includes prizes for top finishers and event t-shirt. Registration fee supports brain tumor patients and caregivers.

Pediatric Survivors -- Please select "Pediatric Survivor" on the registration page for all pediatric survivors so that they do not miss out on a special opportunity just for them!

Online Registration is now closed, but you can still join us at Path of Hope by registering on site at the blue tent for event day registration from 8:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M.  Virtual registration is temporarily suspended through event-day registration but will be back live later today!
