Join us at the 5th Annual Laughter on the Brain on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Infinity Music Hall & Bistro in Hartford, Connecticut. Your hosts, CTBTA Directors Susan Shimkus Lemkuil and David Lemkuil, created the comedy night, "Laughter on the Brain," with the help of Lena Sidoti and Feliks Viner from First World Mortgage, as a fun fundraising and brain tumor awareness opportunity for the CTBTA. The event soon became a fan favorite.
This year's Laughter event will once again celebrate "laughter as the best medicine," giving survivors, caregivers, supporters, and community members the chance to come together to share in many laughs, while raising funds to support brain tumor patients and their families.
Featuring comedians from New York City's comedy clubs, signature drinks, and an enhanced appetizer menu, our 5th annual comedy event aims to be our best ever. Join our mailing list so we can e-mail you the details as we get closer to curtain time.
Last year our 4th Annual "Laughter on the Brain" was one of our most successful events to date, raising $28,000 for brain tumor research and patient assistance, and bringing participation among brain tumor patients and caregivers to a record level. We hope to smash that record this year! Come laugh with us!
